Warden Service Mission: "Civil Defense planning provides fo rthe organization and development of training specialists to cope with the complex disaster problems of modern warfare. The individual citizen must be prepared to protect himself, his family, and his neighbors to the maximum. The task of organizing this self-protection program is accomplished through the Warden Service."
