Handwritten letter from Allen J. Sutherland to his parents, signed "Bud." This is written on a single sheet of Camp Barkeley letterhead that is embossed with a gold-foil eagle over a "V" emblem. In the letter Bud discusses photographs, the Gillette newspaper, training, getting sick, payment, crowded hutments, new men coming in, officers leaving for other duties, and gas rationing. |
