The postcard is a black and white photograph of a group of Gillette citizens posing by the Fire/Bell tower. Four women stand among the men. Everyone but the two ladies on the left have on hats. The men are wearing button down shirts and jackets. Behind the adults are two boys standing under the bell tower. The two children have on hats. Behind them is an unknown building. To the right of the group is the road and stores. The people in the postcard are Beulah (Arnett) Driskill, Mary (Ritter) Harper, Bob Sands, R R ? seated, Bob Cacy, Willa May (Arnett) Bishop, Harry Sands, Ida (Farmer) Green, Ray Hackett, Chrip Clark, and the boys above are Lora Reed's son Frank and one of the Underwoods children, William Harold "Bill" Underwood. |
