Cowboy hard hat that has been covered with photographs and other decorative papers. A piece of rope is glued onto one side of the hat. There is a grey plastic adjustable band around the inside if the hat. Along the front of this adjustable band is a piece of black fabric over grey foam to protect the forehead.
