   Pen is from when Foundation Coal owned AMAX. The pen has a metal casing, with a logo for Foundation Coal under a plastic cover at the top of the case. The pen is removed from the opposite end where the body tapers. The pen has a black rubber grip and the metal cover has a rubber lining. The rubber grip of the pen has a patent number and the company name "Quill."
