They are organized alphabetically by (mostly) last name. The first binder is A - L and the second is M - Z. There are a few ranches identified by the ranch name rather than the owner's name.

The back of the postcard has a handwritten message from the Marquiss family to Arthur Nisselius and his wife, and Jack Nisselius and his wife Christine Nisselius. The front of the card was marked for plate creation, and the back has part of the order form still attached.
