   This is a handwritten letter from Allen J. Sutherland to his parents, signed "Bud." The letter is written on lined paper and it was sent from Camp Granite in California. In the letter Bud discusses letters from home, the Gillette newspaper, going to Arizona for training, furlough, and Christmas gifts. He makes reference to a newspaper clipping of men in either the 357th or 358th infantry.
